Brazilian melodic doom/death metal duo Lamentos presents their debut album, »O Livro Proibido«, which was just released on June 17th, 2023 via Abismo Metal Store / Sangue Underground Records / Black Moon Records.

Lamentos is a doom metal band founded in the city of Salvador in Bahia, Brazil.

Says the band: “We proudly present our debut album »O Livro Proibido« disc with 9 tracks with duration of 50:50 min of the heaviest and darkest death/doom metal.

The album was produced in 2022 and finished in 2023. Influences range from 90’s doom metal incorporating elements of death and melodic/death metal.

The album will be distributed in digital format on the main streaming platforms worldwide. In physical format, limited edition of 200 copies.”
