Brazilian stoner metal band Corram Para As Colinas released the first single and title track of their upcoming EP »Sufoco«.

The new single »Sufoco« dropped on February 25th, 2022 and is available now on all major streaming platforms.

Still in what we called the normal world, mid-2019, Brazilian band Corram Para As Colinas started the production process of the successor of »Desalmado« (EP, 2016): the new EP »Sufoco«. However, as not everything is as you want, things were inevitably postponed, due to factors inherent to what the world was going through at that moment. But if there is a good side to everything, the forced pause in activities could be rewarded with a greater dedication to the production of the tracks, in search of an increasingly cohesive and unique sound.

As soon as possible, the band resumed work, which has the production of Andre Nisgoski (Macumbazilla, San la Muerte). Apart from the drums recorded at the Vox Dei Studio (Tiago Brandão), all the material was recorded and mixed by the band itself, which allowed greater freedom and infinite possibilities for experimentation in the studio. The mastering is also in charge of Tiago Brandão.

The band intends to release a poster art for each single to be presented, with the signature of the graphic artist Victor Oliveira, as a way of graphically portraying the feeling present in each track. The first single is the title track »Sufoco« which already points to what the band intends to bring in this next EP: Better produced songs, striving even more for escaping from any pre-established label and aiming at the unusual.
