Earthcrusher is a stoner/doom/sludge metal solo project from Vidin, Bulgaria. Founded by Yasen Asenov, the project is inspired by both classic and modern bands. Heavy, slow-tempo music, heavily driven by space-themed concepts and atmospheric, massive guitar riffs.

Earthcrusher released the debut album titled »Folly Of Man« on September 16, 2026, which is now available across music streaming platforms.

While Asenov handles the writing and solo recording, he collaborated with visual artist Sophia Kehayova for the album’s cover art and audio engineer Ivaylo Yotov Jr. (Krиmsn) for the mixing and mastering.

Yasen Asenov says about his new release:

“»Folly Of Man« by my solo project, Earthcrusher.

Worked hard on this record while slowly learning to play guitar and bass by myself (originally a drummer).

Would appreciate a listen and tell me what you fellas think! Open to any criticism/advice.

This album was entirely recorded in my office space at home and mixed by me and a friend of mine.”
