Sacramento, California based blackened sludge/doom metal outfit Dowager has unveiled their new single »Octowomb«, released on November 18th, 2024.

Dowager began stoking their occult ridden sludge stoner attack in 2010. After the release of their 7” EP in 2012, they decided to slow things down and their current sound was born. With the addition of Sixes guitarist Hannes & drummer JK47 they recorded the much lauded 2014 demo. 2018 saw the release of »Hymns For The Dead« EP. 10 years later in 2024 a new single »Aborted Magus« was released.
