Los Angeles, California based desert rockers Doomboyz have released a music video for the first single »Lysergic Solution« taken from their upcoming debut album »Evil Riffs From Los Angeles«.

Recorded at Dave Grohl’s studio 606 and mixed/mastered by Robert Adam Stevenson who has made records with the likes of Queens Of The Stone Age, Jeff Beck, Taylor Hawkins, Dave Navarro, Jane’s Addiction, and Johnny Depp.”

Los Angeles based Doomboyz are: Amit Gilad (drums, vocals), Luvernious (rhythm guitar), Milo Gonzalez (lead guitar), Travis Soto (bass) and Sebatian Harris (live drums).

The members grew up together in Topanga Canyon & Venice Beach, California.

In March 2022, Doomboyz entered the Foo Fighters’ coveted Studio 606 to complete their LP, tracking on the legendary Sound City Neve 8028 console which has minted classic records for Metallica, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, Slayer and countless others.

Doomboyz summon an amalgam of sounds ranging from the sludgy hard rock of Alice In Chains, Danzig and Kyuss to the progressive influences of Opeth and Tool and of course, the crushing doom ris of Black Sabbath and Sleep. Doomboyz will be releasing their debut LP »Evil Riffs From Los Angeles« in Summer 2024.
