Discarded Self is the solo recording project of Canadian guitarist, vocalist, and bassist Jarret Beach from bands such as Destroy My Brains, Ashes Of Yggdrasil. Featuring local metal drummers from the area. Blackened doom and sludge to get you feeling all gross and nasty!

Songs of pain, misery, the occult, rebellion, mind control, marginalization, torture, drug abuse, suicide, sacrifice to our Lord Satan, and pure hatred. Prepare for an onslaught of fat riffs, savage vocals, and punishing drums. Discarded Self is here to destroy.
