Canadian doom/sludge/stoner metal trio Pale Mare unveils new single and music video »Corpserider«

Toronto, Canada based doom/sludge/stoner metal trio Pale Mare has unveiled new single and music video »Corpserider«.
New single »Corpserider« is available now on all major streaming services!
Pale Mare is a Toronto, Ontario based heavy metal trio, riding the muddy lines between doom/stoner and sludge metal and even muddying the already murky definitions with hints of influences beyond those genre confines. Exploring sonic territories that are loud, aggressive, and full of thick groovy riffs, Pale Mare create relentlessly crushing musical offerings for their fans.
Following the releases of self-titled »Pale Mare« (Medusa Crush Recordings, 2017) and »Pale Mare – II« (Seeing Red Records, Ancient Temple Recordings, 2020) which saw high critical acclaim from the likes of Metal Hammer, Decibel, Metal Injection and more, in 2024 Pale Mare have a new lineup, new music and the same vicious approach to decimating stages and eardrums alike.

This marks a new chapter for the band, who have built a reputation for deafening, high-energy live performances full of uncompromising bang-your-head riffs. With the addition of bassist, Luke Vasilakos, the trio has found a new focus and cohesion, allowing for journeys into more explorative sonic landscapes, while still maintaining their trademark “Motörhead-developing-a-penchant-for-doom” (Metal Hammer) aesthetic.
Vocalist and guitarist Eytan Gordon describes the lyrical themes: “Cosmic battle grounds, death and destruction, fearless warriors, existential dread and despair. The end of worlds, a speck of dust on an astral plane.”
Pale Mare is:
Eytan Gordon – Guitar, Vocals
Luke Vasilakos – Bass, Vocals
Kevin Richards – Drums, Vocals
FFO: Mastodon, High On Fire, Motörhead, fuzz pedals, bong rips, good times.
