Canadian duo Plague Cathedral, featuring members of Undirheimar / Sublimatio Mortis & NordicWinter, summon a new black plague with their debut album, »…To Dust You Shall Return«, an ominous meditation on the collapse of modern, decadent society. Beneath Death’s cold, grey veil, a world in decay approaches its inevitable end.
Forged from industrial experimentation and crushing doom metal, the album builds an oppressive, apocalyptic soundscape into a force of its own. Drawing on medieval tragedy and the foreboding shadow of pestilence, Plague Cathedral give voice to a dark, brooding vision: a soundtrack for the end times.
Each track leaves its mark like a grim epitaph, confronting the listener with a stark truth: all things must come to an end. There is no escaping the judgement.
The resonance is deafening. The meaning is absolute. The judgement is final.

»…To Dust You Shall Return« is co-produced by Zazen Sounds (Grece) and Cavsas (France), an experimental metal offshoot of the renowned Cyclic Law label.
