From the depths where light forgets its name, Mankurt summons »Kiss Of The Void« – a descent through the Other Side, where witchcraft and Kabbalistic shadows intertwine.

Inspired by the forbidden realm of Sitra Achra – “the Other Side” in ancient Aramaic – the album explores the thin veil between holiness and corruption, creation and decay. Each track is a spell cast in slow motion, drenched in distortion, whispering ancient names that were never meant to be spoken.

Through serpentine riffs, spectral chants, and ritualistic drumming, »Kiss Of The Void« drags the listener into a world where beauty rots and darkness breathes. The witch is not a figure of evil here, but a guide – a voice that calls from beyond the flame, offering her final kiss before the world collapses inward.

This is not music for the faint or the faithful. It is a hymn to entropy, a prayer to the absence of God, a love song to the void itself.

Mankurt’s self-titled debut album was released on September 11th, 2025.

Slow-burning guitars, heavy grooves, and cosmic atmospheres. Mankurt drift between psychedelic rock, space rock, and stoner doom – music that expands like smoke and lingers like memory.

The name comes from the legend of the mankurt – a person stripped of memory and identity, left only in obedience. Our sound wrestles with that idea: the loss of self, the pull of oblivion, and the search for something real beneath the noise.

Turn it up, drift out, and get lost.
