Unleashing their psychedelic blues sound, »Burning Bridges« delivers rock n roll, melancholy blues and heavy fuzz all in one. A track of two halves, the new single showcases the multi-faceted character of the band’s music, not only in style, but also composition and arrangement. It’s a venture into emotive and dreamy realms. Head’s B-side »Rockin Radio« takes a different turn thundering into life with electric riffs, distorted chuggs bringing a classic sound. This guitar-driven offering packs a powerful punch.

Formed in the rock scene of Toronto Canada’s west end, Head, the power trio consisting of Elyse Besler (vocals/bass), Michael Starnino (all things guitar), and Hunter Raymond (vocals/drums) have proven time and again that they bring the heat, leaving audiences electrified and screaming for more. Upon the disbanding of Midnight Malice (Hunter Raymond) and Highlife (Michael Starnino & Hunter Raymond), the two wasted no time joining forces with Elyse Besler of The Thinly Vailed Double Entendres in the pursuit of Rock n Roll supremacy.
Head released their first two singles, »Runaway« and »Your Money« in early 2018. Their first single »Your Money« was featured on the December 2018 »New Kids In Town« compilation record for Classic Rock Magazine, accompanied by a stellar review: “…Head are rock n roll the way it was meant to be played, with the kind of unhinged volume and ferocity that rattles the dishes and has your neighbours banging on the walls…” – Sleaze Grinder- Classic Rock Magazine. Head’s debut LP, »Satisfaction« was released on Sept 16, 2022 by Fuzzed and Buzzed Records, reaching number 17 on the Doom Charts for that month. July 22, 2023 marks the release of Head’s latest single, »Burning Bridges«.
