Canadian space rock studio project Heavy Moon released new album »Outerstellar Phase«

Toronto, Ontario based space rock studio project Heavy Moon is back with new album, entitled »Outerstellar Phase«, which was just released on June 29th, 2026.

Space rock vehicle Heavy Moon got stranded in outerstellar space for a year, but has returned to orbit to find Earth is in worse shape than ever before.

Heavy Moon is the studio project of Canadian multi-instrumentalist Jakob Rehlinger. Fueled by his kosmische synths and psychedelic guitar work, Rehlinger has uses Heavy Moon as an astral bridge to take listeners to the outer reaches of space.

Jakob Rehlinger: Electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitar, organ, electric piano, synth, sax, flute, drums, mixing and sundry additional production.
