Canadian stoner/desert rock trio Cannabus releases new standalone single »The Other Jam«

Welland, Canada based stoner/desert rock trio Cannabus presents new standalone single »The Other Jam«, released on May 28th, 2025. This instrumental track was recording live off the floor during »The Other Side« EP sessions.

The band comments: “Our new single »The Other Jam« is out now on all streaming platforms and Bandcamp. Check out our last standalone single before we announce our next big release.

This was recorded during »The Other Side« sessions with Z Hollow Studios and Black Throne Productions, which is the final send-off before we begin rolling out our new album.”

Cannabus is a three piece stoner/desert rock band from Welland, Ontario (Canada). They meld a mix of fuzzed out blues rock with hint of heavy psych, punk and metal. Their first release »The Maple Spliff Session« was a accumulation of a year and a half of jams and transforming it into a 4 song EP ladened with 60’s and 70’s heavy tripped out psychedelic vibes and thunderous 90’s fuzzed out riffs.

They shared the stage with such acts including Aawks, Tumble, Ivy Gardens, Ol’ Time Moonshine, Low Orbit, Sons Of Arrakis, Astral Witch, and more.
