Chilean epic doom torchbearers King Heavy are gearing up to drop a release that hits like a cathedral bell in a storm. Their new CD, »Atlantic Reborn«, arrives December 12 on Witches Brew Records, and it’s a record loaded with history, heart, and some serious low-end thunder.

This one isn’t just another chapter in the band’s story. It’s a resurrection. King Heavy cracked open their deep vault of unreleased material to bring fans three final recordings featuring their late vocalist Luce, who passed in 2022. Two full tracks and an instrumental stand tall at the front of the album, keeping his voice and presence alive the way doom metal has always honored its fallen: loud, proud, and honest.

From there, »Atlantic Reborn« powers into three classic cuts from the band’s earlier era, reminding listeners exactly why King Heavy carved out their place in the global doom scene. Capping it all off is a raw, thundering bonus rehearsal version of »The Origin Of The Witch Hunt«, giving fans a 47-minute journey straight into the eye of their epic, monolithic sound.
