Desert Witch is a Chilean doom stoner band with dark psychedelic influences. Founded in 2021, their aim is to create heavy music with dense, melancholic atmospheres. They seek to unite a dark instrumental foundation with melodic vocals that oscillate between light and darkness. The witch in the “desert” symbolizes the invocation of spirits of light and darkness, the duality we all possess within. The current lineup consists of Val (vocals), Wagner Martin (guitar), Eduardo Fuentes (bass), and Alejandro Sanhueza (drums). The band is currently promoting their debut LP, »La Otra Razón« (The Other Reason), released May 25, 2025.
