Chilean psychedelic space fuzz rockers The Polvos! share new live video for »Fire Dance« from Freak Valley Festival 2025

Concepción, Chile based psychedelic space fuzz rockers The Polvos! have released new live video for the track »Fire Dance«, captured by WDR Rockpalast during their performance at Freak Valley Festival 2025 in Germany.

The Polvos! play powerful, energetic psychedelic rock. Hypnotic, repetitive parts alternate with catchy passages that are occasionally reminiscent of bands like Hawkwind or Monster Magnet. The Polvos! were guests at the Freak Valley Festival 2025 in Netphen, Siegen, where WDR Rockpalast recorded their concert and, among other songs, »Fire Dance«.

The band described their songwriting process in an interview with the magazine It’s Psychedelic Baby! as follows: “We basically work as a collective (…). We rely on improvisation in the rehearsal room or on an idea or an initial riff that someone picks up on, and then develop it further without setting ourselves any limits. We let the song flow to where we think we can achieve something concrete, and then add the vocals at the end when the music is finished.”
