Chilean stoner/garage rockers Despunte return with their new single »Yanakona«

Chilean stoner/garage rockers Despunte have just dropped their new single »Yanakona« on March 17th, 2023. This is the band’s first new material since their album »Miseria Humana« from 2018.

Despunte formed in the port of Valparaíso, Chile that seeks to show the misery in which humans wallow, misery that is forged in the shadow of murderous soldiers, calling themselves liberators. That is why they want, one day, to witness the cutting of the useless tips that keep the plant stagnant and without flowering.

About new single »Yanakona«, the band elaborates: “We finally achieved the goal of activating and rekindling the emotion that creativity brings after 4 long years of inactivity. Thanks to everyone who helped us achieve this whim of keeping alive something that seemed to be in a coma but in the end it was just asleep and waiting for stubborn and stubborn people like us to wake it up again through the desire to shout truths and emotions stored all this time. You can find the song on Bandcamp where all the people who contributed a grain of sand to this project in which we believe, have a beautiful spirit are named. Enjoy the fruit of years of friendship and love for music.”
