Umbra is a doom death metal band born in Medellín in 2022, solidifying in 2023 with its current lineup. Led by Alejandro Lotero (ex-Aeonian Sorrow, Exgenesis), with Alex Betancur on guitar and vocals, David Sánchez on bass, and Cesar Quintero on drums. They fuse styles to create a dark and captivating sonic experience. Their music reflects the duality between light and darkness, exploring intense themes and confronting emotions with visceral fury. They invite listeners to delve into the shadows in search of redemption and renewal.
