Psychedelic fuzz band Rifftree have released new EP »Wonky« via No Profit Recordings

A young and loud duo, devoted to fuzz and volume, was born and raised in Zagreb’s underground scene. Formed in 2018, their sound blends elements of noise rock, stoner, sludge, and drone, spiced with a touch of psychedelia.

After more than seven years of activity in the region, they are now broadening their horizons and setting out to conquer European stages. They’ve played alongside renowned acts like Ufomammut, Tortuga, and Psychlona, and performed at festivals and clubs across Croatia, proving their worth through energetic and raw performances. They have also been announced as opening acts for an upcoming EyeHateGod gig in Koper.

Their live shows are described as a hypnotic trance of volume, fuzz, and raw power, woven with grooves and psychedelic elements that leave the audience wanting more. With relentless dedication to their music, they are ready to leave a lasting mark on the music scene with their unique sound.

On May 9th 2025. the band has released their new EP titled »Wonky« via No Profit Recordings, consisting of songs made throughout the last couple of years, inspired by the absurdity and chaos of experiences from their own life, the world and society in general. The EP is already available as a digital download but a vinyl version is in the works and will be announced soon. This is the band’s third EP that you can enjoy while we wait for the first full-length album by Rifftree.
