Doomed Confessionary: Loris (My Pitbull Lucifer)
Here’s the first interview for this Saturday…
My Pitbull Lucifer is a punk/doom/stoner/noise band from Pula, Croatia. Founded in 2021 by current and former members of Mighty Zazuum, Headbanger, Chronic Disease, Dropthehammer and Bolesno Grinje. Check out their split with US sludge metal duo Ommnus, re-released on April 1st, 2023 via No Profit Recordings.

Can you say a few words about your band?
We are My Pitbull Lucifer, a hardworking stoner, punk, doom band from Pula, Croatia.
What was the biggest challenge for the band this year?
The biggest challenge for our band this year was definitely planning the tour (we covered a lot of ground for a small band – around 4000 kilometers) I would say.
What can you be most proud of this year?
The proudest thing was, again, our Walking The Dog Tour along with recording and releasing our vinyl and a few music videos.
What was your biggest regret?
No regrets 😉
What was the best concert/tour this year and why?
This year one of our best concerts was in Smederovo, Serbia. The crowd there is really young and wild and we had an amazing time together, hopefully we will return there at some point and make an even better show for the guys and gals cause they really deserve it!
Where can we see you live next year (concerts/tours)?
We haven’t yet announced any gigs this year, but with good reason, I promise 😉 We are hard at work on recording our first full length album. But if you follow us on our social media pages you’ll get all the info when we announce it.
What are your plans for the next year as a band? What do you personally want the most?
Our plan currently is to focus on recording and releasing our album and trying to make it as good as it possibly can be. I personally, am loooking forward to another tour this year, but we’ll see.
Do you already know what are you doing on New Year’s Eve?
We’ll be at home, comforting Lucifer because he’s scared of firecrackers and fireworks 😀

Buying our merchandise is always great to support us, but you can also listen to our music (for free!), learn the lyrics and sing with us next time we come to your town!!!
