Tracklist:
01. Chrome
02. Crawling
03. Only Wait
04. No Cross
Swerve is a duo that carves weight and texture into sound, where distortion lingers like breath on cold glass and rhythm presses forward with a quiet, deliberate intensity. Their music walks a fine line between tension and release, threading grit and dissonance into something strangely cohesive, part sludge, part noise rock, all momentum. Vocals rasp with wear, guitars stutter and surge and relentless thunderous drums holding together just long enough to fracture again. They’ve played rooms you won’t find on any map, basements tucked beneath other basements, where the ceilings sweat and the air carries a sharp, metallic tang. Live, Swerve doesn’t just perform, they channel a raw, unfiltered current that leaves its mark.

About the EP:
This demo EP was written and recorded in the early days of our band, right around the start of the Covid period. It captures the raw energy, uncertainty, and urgency we felt at the time – a sonic snapshot of a strange and formative moment. Although these songs were recorded just after we wrote them, we still feel they capture the unfiltered spirit of how Swerve came to be. For us, it’s more than just a collection of songs; it’s a document of where we came from and what we were going through.
Tapes coming soon. Stay tuned.
