Aura Abnormal is an underground music project from Alexandria, Egypt, performing experimental and atmospheric doom metal mixed with psychedelic soundscapes.

Lyrical themes mostly deal with suicidal tendencies, deep depression, the link between hard drugs and the spirit world, and the grief of personal loss.

»The Shaman« is already Aura Abnormal’s seventh release in 2026, following a demo »Satanic Prophecy«, two singles »Coffined Mind« and »Talking To Myself«, and three EPs »Haunted«, »The Witch« and »What Death Feels Like«.
