Birmingham, Alabama based doom/sludge band Embr releases their cover of Misfits horror punk classic »Halloween«.

The band comments: “Halloween is almost here!

We wanted to do something fun for Halloween. We spent about 2 hours recording this Horror-Punk classic in true DIY fashion – Ourselves! It’s not perfect – it’s raw, gritty and just for fun. We hope you enjoy our little experiment!

Be careful out there and check those candy apples for razor blades!”

»Halloween« is the fifth 7″ single by the horror punk band the Misfits, released on October 31, 1981 through Glenn Danzig’s own label Plan 9 Records.
