Paris, France based psych/space/krautrock band Empty Full Space has unveiled the third single »Morphogen« taken from their debut album, »From The Limbo«, set to release on March 20th, 2024 via Spinda Records.

Following »Amnesia« and »From The Limbo«, French band Empty Full Space is pleased to announce their latest single, »Morphogen«, scheduled for March 7. This song, described as their most danceable to date, serves as an exciting third teaser of their upcoming debut album.
Emerging from the depths of Paris’s alternative scene with only a handful of concerts under their belt, Empty Full Space have captured the attention of specialized media outlets with each step they take. Publications such as Mondo Sonoro, RockZone, and Binaural (ES); Janis Media, MoreFuzz, and The Heavy Chronicles (FR), Empty Full Space and Outlaws of the Sun (UK), The Obelisk and Doomed & Stoned (US), It’s Psychedelick Baby! and Doomed Nation (SL), Stoner HiVe (NL), or World of Metal (PT) are already closely following them. This new single, titled »Morphogen« and approaching the 6-minute mark, is one of the instrumental pieces from their debut album, »From The Limbo«. With a kraut-rock base and motorik rhythms reminiscent of the 1970s German scene, the song gradually transports listeners into more typical British-style space rock territories, always maintaining a close relationship with the psychedelia from Austin and Australia.

Empty Full Space consists of Nico (guitars, vocals), Flo (drums, backing vocals), Edgar (synthesizers, percussion), Antoine (bass), and Max (guitars). With just one year on the Parisian music scene but boasting dozens of vibrant performances, the band has drawn inspiration from legends like Hawkwind and Can, as well as contemporaries such as King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, Osees and Maragda, to shape their unique vision of psychedelia, krautrock, and garage.
»Amnesia« and »From The Limbo« serve as the first two singles into their debut album, »From The Limbo«, with a release scheduled for March 20. This inaugural musical offering from Empty Full Space was recorded between Heat Studios and Pain de Mie Studio – both located in France – by Pierre Dessauny and Djibee, respectively. The subsequent mixing and mastering took place at Fuzzface Studio in Scotland, helmed by Jason Shaw.
»From The Limbo« will be available on all streaming platforms, as well as in CD format and a double vinyl edition, limited to 200 copies in purple and 100 copies in standard black – all hand-numbered and part of the ‘Trippy Series’ from Spinda Records, along with releases from Moura, Maragda, Viaje a 800, The Silver Linings, or Moundrag.
