Tallinn, Estonia based psychedelic stoner/doom/sludge metal band Estoner presents their new EP, »Hämmastav Radioaktiivne Asfaltmees. I Osa«, which just dropped on September 4th, 2023. This is a soundtrack to the first part of the Asfaltmees saga accompanied with a 50-page comic book.

Our 50-page comic book is accompanied by a 4-track EP which together form an audiovisual whole that takes the reader/listener to an alternate 70s Estonia. It follows the life of Osvald Mann, a hard-working road worker as he becomes the super hero Asfaltmees (Asphalt Man) who will forever change history as we know it. The central ideas of the story are to emphasize the absurdity of life in the USSR and also show how the modern need for progress harms the world around us.
