Blending dark heavy rock, stoner rock, and occult rock influences, »Something Wicked« sees Mandy Manala pushing their sound into heavier and more atmospheric territory while maintaining strong melodic hooks and a cinematic approach to songwriting.

Led by the powerful and haunting vocals of Christa Nedergård, the album explores themes of darkness, desire and mysticism, delivering a dynamic mix of crushing riffs, hypnotic grooves, and immersive soundscapes.

All songs written and arranged by Mandy Manala, inspired by films by Robert Eggers, Benjamin Christensen and Ingmar Bergman, Dante’s Inferno, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, the world beyond this one and the world beyond that one, the stupidity of human(un)kind, insanity, the celebration of life & death, the force of nature, the alleged power up above and the evil below.
