Sapata’s mysterious and soulful third album darkens autumn!
Tampere-based doom metal band Sapata’s third album Veins will be released in the middle of the brightest and darkest autumn on October 3rd. After a long period of composing, the band’s sound is now even more unified, which has resulted in a darkly beautiful and powerful album that is both touching and grating.
The album’s first single »Surface« has been released, which is also the opening track to the upcoming work. Mystical and heavy, the song swims and vibrates with its powerful melodies, giving its listeners the opportunity to get into the right state of mind.
The album release will be celebrated with a gig on October 3rd at Bar Kotelo in Tampere, where the band will play »Veins« in its entirety. What makes the event exclusive is that this is the only opportunity to hear the captivating voice of the band’s departing Saara Šamane performing these songs live. The evening will be opened by Black Royal and Skyjoggers.

Sapata is a progressive heavy doom metal band based in Tampere, Finland. Formed in 2014, the group has released two full-length albums, »Satanibator« (2017), »No Sun To Embrace« (2021), and the EP »Reflections« (2018).
