Oulu, Finland based sludge/doom metal outfit Arson Under The Sea premiere a visualizer video for the second single »A Voluptuary-Misanthrope« taken from their upcoming album, »Comfort In Suffocation«, set to release on January 1st, 2025.

Arson Under The Sea is a sludge/doom band hailing from Oulu, Finland. Featuring members of Fall Of The Idols, Black Mass Pervertor, Wolfshead, Black Christ & more.

Says the band: “The material for »Comfort In Suffocation« continues the same old, yet timeless themes what the band has been known for.

»Comfort In Suffocation« is an introspective journey into the darker side of the self, where guilt and pleasure shake hand in a morbid way, and where the shackles and self-made walls are not to be torn down, but rather to keep you forever locked inside.

Another theme which keeps repeating itself is alienation from one’s old surroundings, which could be seen easily as social matter, but also as finding yourself lost on what you are, and what you have become. So no pot-smoking, nor care-free stoner rock vibes here, sorry!”
