Sula, Finland based sludge/doom metal trio Stain has released new music video for »Chasm« taken from their latest EP, »Permitting Evil«, out on March 27th, 2026 via Splatter Tapes (cassette) and Grindwar Records (digital).

Artificial intelligence was not used at any stage of the production of this music video.

Hailing from Sula, Uusimaa in Finland, Stain is an underground sludge/doom metal band originally formed in 2017.

The trio purposefully maintains a low profile, operating under the philosophy that “music is the only message the band wants to leave behind.” Their heavy, extreme, and primitive sound emphasizes themes of depression, suffering, death, and pessimism.
