Finnish stoner rock/doom metal trio Onkalo return with a brand new four-track EP »Toinen«

Mikkeli, Finland based stoner rock/doom metal trio Onkalo is back with a brand new four-track EP, entitled »Toinen«, which was just released on December 25th, 2023.

Onkalo is a three-piece doom/stoner band from Mikkeli, Finland. The name Onkalo is translated in English as cavity, pit, hollow or hole. The lyrics are in Finnish and they are doomy.

The band started as a trio in early 2023 and so far they have played three gigs and recorded two EPs in their friend’s country house with old 8-tracker. Their self-titled debut EP was released in May 2023. Onkalo’s second EP »Toinen« just dropped on December 25, 2023.
