The band comments: “After more than a decade of silence, we have decided to return with some majestic dark tunes.
It was not an easy thing writing again new Inborn Suffering stuff after all these years and unfortunately there is still some work to do before finishing the new album. But we have decided to reveal one of these new songs. This song is called »From Lowering Tides«. Hope you will enjoy it. You can purchase the song on our Bandcamp and Spotify if you want to support us!”
Inborn Suffering plays doom metal in the veins of the Peaceville Three: My Dying Bride, Anathema and Paradise Lost. Featuring members of Fractal Gates, Funeralium and Mourning Dawn.
Paris, France’s Inborn Suffering was conceived in 2002 by guitarist Stéphane Peudupin and bassist Emmanuel Ribeiro, both of whom were involved with other bands at the time, but wished to collaborate on a majestic death/doom metal project together. Several lineups and one 2005 demo later, the duo found their partners-in-crime in vocalist Frédérique Simon, keyboardist Sebastien Pierre, drummer Thomas Rugolino, and second guitarist Loïc Courtete, and set to recording of 2006’s impressive »Wordless Hope« album, released by Sound Riot Records. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, Rovi
