»When Belief Erodes«, the latest single from French heavy metal band Invading Chapel, comes with an official music video and reflects the band’s signature dark and melancholic sound, blending elements of heavy, doom, and gothic metal. Invading Chapel draws influence from classic acts like Black Sabbath and Type O Negative, creating a sound that is both atmospheric and crushing.
Invading Chapel was founded in 1996 near Pau, France, by Loïc Malassagne, who remains the driving creative force behind the project. Over nearly three decades, the band has built an extensive discography that includes two demo tapes, eight CD albums, and contributions to several international compilations, including Guitar Part and Hard ‘n’ Heavy in France, Bunker Magazine in Russia, Orkus! in Germany, and releases from Darkpage (Russia), Do What Thou Wilt Records (Greece), and At Sea Compilations (Germany).

»When Belief Erodes« was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Pleine Lune Studio in France. Loïc Malassagne handles vocals, bass, guitar, and keyboard, while Jan D. drives the rhythm section on drums.
