French prog/psych/stoner rock solo project Orotoro presents new full-length album »Sumun«

Bordeaux, France based prog/psych/stoner rock solo project Orotoro presents new full-length album, entitled »Sumun«, which was just released on December 28th, 2024.

Orotoro’s mastermind Lew comments: “So here it is: »Sumun«. Old songs and new! »Elephante« and »Ixion« were recorded with my friend Adrien, a truly fantastic drummer, currently touring with the band Quintana Dead Blues Experience…check’em out!”

Orotoro was born in 2016 and is the brainchild of Lew Tyler. The band is forever evolving as each recording involves a different set of musicians.

“This is an album I wanted to make with my friend Adrien, who’s a fantastic drummer. I wanted to record some of Orotoro’s old songs and a couple of new songs. But due to Adrien’s other band’s touring and my own issues we never got to record more than the first two songs. So… I recorded the rest on my own and here it is. The songs I recorded live with Adrien are »Elephante« and »Ixion«.

This is a free album as most of the songs have already been released and been bought by some of you. So thank you for your support over the years and best wishes to you all.” ~ Lew
