High Mountain is a French quartet sharing powerful stoner rock with a taste of psych and a pinch of metal.

The band was founded in France in 2017 by Jeremy Denepoux (drums) and Frédéric Macieri (guitar/vocals). Georges Liebfried (keyboards) and David Omhover (bass) joined the band a few months later.

The four members of the band bring their diverse inspirations together in order to create a joint aesthetics resulting into a very personal sound mixing the heaviness of desert rock, the psychedelia of the 70s and some metal influences. High Mountain played their first gigs and entered the studio to record their first EP in Spring 2019.
