Minnesota kings of fuzzed-out caveman rock, Rust Bucket, drop their new single entitled »Hypertension«, featuring Bob Balch (Fu Manchu). Keep your ears and heart tuned on Glory or Death Records!

Lead by Minnesota Pete Campbell, combined with players that have been in the Minnesota underground scene for over 25 years, their mission is to put Vikingland on the map! With riffs as huge as Paul Bunyan himself. Prepare for head bobbin, toe tappin, air guitar’n, beer drinkin fuzzy filth!

From Tom (singer): “»Hypertension«…. after 40 some years of not taking care of yourself, your health will reveal itself. Stress, anxiety, poor choices and heredity can all lead to high blood pressure. I and many others try to ignore health conditions, thinking that eveything will be fine, until it isn’t. this song is about me coming to the realization that my youth is gone and its time to grow up and take care of myself. »Hypertension« is serious, its a killer. Oh yeah! And don’t forget to Rock n Roll!”

From Pete (drums): “This was one of the first tunes I wrote for Rust Bucket. After we perfected it I felt like something was missing. Obviously we’re heavily influenced by Fu Manchu and Bob and I are working on a couple projects together so I thought yep…that’s what’s missing…a killer Bob Balch lead all over this thing! Send him the jam and boom…what ya hear is what it is! Absolutely made the song! Such an honor to have him blaze on this!”

Rust Bucket is:

Pete – Guitar
