VAV is a progressive/post/doom/metal band from Speyer, Germany.

Found in 2018, VAV went public with the release of the first album »V« on November 9, 2019. As Covid made it impossible to get on stages, the band focused on the second album »Paths« that got released on March 30, 2023.

Recorded in Summer 2022 at Square Kid Records.
