Dortmund, Germany based fuzz rockers Daily Thompson premiere new single and music video »I’m Free Tonight« featuring guest solo by Bob Balch of Fu Manchu. This is the first single taken from Daily Thompson’s upcoming album, »Chuparosa«, due out on May 17th, 2024 via Noisolution.

Danny saw Fu Manchu at the Dynamo Festival the first time back in 1998 and now Bob is playing on our record. Dreams really can come true!

Daily Thompson, the powerhouse trio from Germany renowned for their fuzzy sonic prowess, is set to release their 6th studio album »Chuparosa« in May 2024. Teaming up with the legendary Tony Reed, the band embarked on a sonic odyssey at APL Studios in scenic Port Orchard near Seattle, creating an album that promises to see them climb on the next level of their career.

Tony Reed, of Mos Generator, Stone Axe, and Big Scenic Nowhere fame (to name a few) and acclaimed for his solo work, as well as his engineering skills for Saint Vitus and many others brings his unparalleled expertise to sculpt and refine Daily Thompson’s distinctive sound. The synergy between the band and Reed has birthed a collection of six tracks that seamlessly blend raw energy with refined craftsmanship.

The picturesque surroundings of Port Orchard provided an inspiring backdrop for the recording sessions, infusing the album with the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, sharpening the band’s trademark sound. Stay tuned for more updates as Daily Thompson gears up to unveil the beautiful soundscapes of »Chuparosa« in May 2024 on Noisolution, with a special guest appearance from Bob Balch (Fu Manchu).

As such they have honed their sensational mix of grunge, garage and indie rock work into their very own kind of 90ies killer fuzz-desert-blues with a punch of alternative stoner rock. They know how to rock a psych groove, but their blend of two distinct lead vocals is where the hidden force lies.
