German heavy psych rockers Black Ocean’s Edge unleashed their debut full-length album »Call Of The Sirens«!

Ulm, Germany based heavy psych rock band Black Ocean’s Edge presents their debut full-length album, »Call Of The Sirens«, which was just released on April 26th, 2024.

The German heavy psych rock band Black Ocean’s Edge manages to pick up the audience with a massive foundation and dynamic guitar playing. Grungy stoner bass, spherical blues rock guitar and energetic drums catapult into a world between fascination and ecstasy. In doing so, they immerse themselves in a sound inspired by the dark waters of the sea. Front woman Alex almost becomes a siren herself and beguiles with her powerful, characteristic voice.

Their energetic live performance and unique sound have already earned them several festival and club shows since their foundation in 2020 in Ulm, Germany. As support, the band has been on stage with stoner rockers Daily Thompson, psych rock band Dirty Sound Magnet, and psychedelic prog rockers Mother’s Cake, among others.

They have also played with hard rock bands such as Thundermother and Dirty Honey as well as Brother Dege, known for his soundtrack from the Tarantino movie »Django Unchained«.

Their first EP, titled »Dive Deep«, was released in 2022. Currently, Black Ocean’s Edge released singles »Human Is Human«, »Cold Black Water«, »Leather ‘n’ Velvet« and »Lion In A Cage« as a foretaste of their upcoming album. Their debut album »Call Of The Sirens« was released on April 26, 2024.

If you like the sound of Queens Of The Stone Age, Kyuss, Brant Bjork, Alice In Chains, Rival Sons, Wolfmother, Blues Pills and Jimi Hendrix will drown in the spheres of BOE.
