Acid Rooster’s appearance at the 2025 Fuzz Club Festival in Eindhoven, the Netherlands captured the Leipzig instrumental krautrock/psychedelic trio at their most intense, spontaneous and immersive. Closing out the festival late on Saturday night, the band delivered a towering set that stretched familiar material into sprawling improvisations, hypnotic grooves and crushing walls of fuzz. The intensity of the moment – with both band and audience fully immersed in the final (early) hours of the festival – makes the »Live At Fuzz Club Festival 2025« LP a powerful document of Acid Rooster’s ever-evolving live show.

Rather than simply recreating their studio recordings, the carefully curated setlist draws from across the band’s catalogue, reimagining tracks through extended jams, spontaneous detours and the instinctive interplay between the trio of Sebastian Väth (guitar), Maximilian Leicht (bass/synth) and Steffen Schmidt (drums). Psychedelic rock, krautrock motorik and heavy riff-driven passages collide in performances that feel both expansive and unpredictable, offering a journey through Acid Rooster’s musical evolution while showcasing the freedom and experimentation that defines them on stage.

Recorded straight from the sound desk and mixed and mastered for this release by Bob De Wit, »Live At Fuzz Club Festival 2025« captures Acid Rooster in their most raw and powerful form. The release features artwork by Olya Dyer, incorporating the festival stage visuals from Innerstrings and Dwavehed. Limited to just /300 hand-numbered copies on 180g clear red vinyl.
