Nuremberg, Germany based psychedelic/prog/blues rockers Crimson Roots have unleashed new single and music video »Flamingo« in support of Zvërnec Island in southern Albania.

The band comments: “»Flamingo / Kur Deti Ngre Zërin« is an Albanian protest rock song by Crimson Roots, written as a voice of support for Narta, Zvërnec, and everyone standing up to protect Albania’s natural beauty.

This song is not just about one place.

It is about land, memory, corruption, silence, and the moment people choose to raise their voice.

We are Crimson Roots, a blues-inspired psychedelic and progressive rock band based in Nuremberg, Germany, with Albanian roots. This is our way of standing with the people back home – through music.
