Nuremberg, Germany based psychedelic rockers Crimson Roots have signed with Tonzonen Records to release their debut album »Open Roads« on vinyl next year. »Open Roads« originally dropped on September 27th, 2025 in digital format.

We would like to introduce you to the band Crimson Roots, who released their wonderful album »Open Roads« digitally in September 2025. The five-piece band led by singer Ina Salaj plays soul-inspired blues rock with elements of psychedelic and classic rock. The band writes about their sound:

Crimson Roots draws deep from the blues to create expansive, immersive music where progressive structure and psychedelic color meet emotion and storytelling. Their sound grows from soulful guitar work, expressive vocals, resonant bass lines, warm vintage keyboards, and dynamic drumming. Each instrument serves the song, shaping music that feels alive, unhurried, and deeply human. Every song is a reflection of their journey; honest and always evolving, just like the band itself.

Their debut concept album, »Open Roads«, invites listeners into the story of a traveler moving through distance, change, and discovery. Across songs like »Open Roads«, »Nowhere«, and »The Crossing«, the album unfolds as a passage through uncertainty toward understanding. Recorded and produced entirely by the band with a focus on authenticity and tone, »Open Roads« captures the essence of their vision: music built from feeling, shaped by craftsmanship, and carried by the spirit of exploration. It stands as both a beginning and a statement, one that defines Crimson Roots’ sound and sets the path ahead.

The album »Open Roads« will be released in the first half of 2026 via Tonzonen Records / Cargo Records.
