Hâdzen (Psychedelic Rock/Heavy Funk)
In the middle of the plains covered with psychedelic nature, Hâdzen tell us how to enjoy life. Psychedelic vibes and funky rhythms run through their music on its way through the hard mountains of rock and finally linger in the river of melancholy. In this river the four people drift around in order to eventually be driven into the big whole.
Eight artistic tracks grace »Revolution Swamp«. The album’s content was developed during a long period of discovery for the band and was recorded and produced by Jeremy Gabrysch. Because of this, the tracks are all very different and reflect the path the band has taken since forming in 2020.
There is a little story behind the name of the album. The name »Revolution Swamp« didn’t just come out of nowhere. The idea for the term »Revolution Swamp« came from singer and producer Jeremy Gabrysch. He said: “We think every song will spark a revolution in music, but at the end of the day we sound like one of a million bands. It always feels to me like every song gets lost in the mire until you find a song or style that grabs you and pulls you out. The whole thing just feels like a quagmire of revolutions. That would be a great album title, but let’s translate it into English, it sounds cooler.” After that, it was clear what the album would be called.

Over the last year, the band members’ interests have slowly diverged, so Hâdzen has decided to continue with a different line-up. Alexander Vosshage (bass) and Laurin Strahl (drums) left the band in March 2024 to start their own musical journey. Jeremy Gabrysch and Charles Csongar have decided to continue the project with new splendor. As reinforcement on drums, they welcome the virtuoso Tyl Fiedler, who had already taken on the role of bassist for Hâdzen in 2022. In addition, Hâdzen receives backup on bass from Jan Claussnitzer for live concerts.
You can expect many more releases from Hâdzen in 2024. The boys are in full swing and are already working on their second album.
