Lightless is a sludge/doom/post-metal three-piece band from Dresden, Germany, which was founded in October 2021.

Says the band: “We are proud to announce the official release of our debut EP entitled »Descent To Insignificance«!
Based on intensive recordings throughout the past three weeks, and due to some of you from time to time asking for something to listen to, we decided to spread some rough tunes into this increasingly darkening world. No click track and no multi-take recording, but rather an authentic, simultaneously played DIY live impression from our icy rehearsal crypt. Enjoy and thank you for supporting us!”
