Black Trail is a sludge-driven stoner metal band from the Ruhr Area, Germany. Founded in 2019, their sound blends crushing low-end, gritty, fuzzy riffs and a raw, propulsive groove, carried by dark, commanding vocals.

With influences from Down, EyeHateGod, Electric Wizard and Mastodon, Black Trail moves between roaring sludge – and classic stoner metal, spiced up with psychedelic elements. Heavy, fuzzy riffs, driving grooves and raw live-energy shape the sound of the band.
