Distrezzed was founded in 2018 in the Göppingen district and has been dedicated to the doom and stoner rock sound from the very beginning. Over the years, the band has developed its own unique style, combining powerful, dark, and heavy riffs with melancholic sounds and meaningful lyrics to create a truly distinctive sound.

Following their 2021 debut album, »Pain Of Depression«, the 2-track single »A World At War« was released in 2022, clearly indicating the direction their follow-up album, »Human Vs. Nature«, would take. »Human Vs. Nature« was released on November 8, 2025.

While frontman Chris is active as a musician and producer with BlackOut History and Beyond Nightfall, bassist Seb also plays guitar for Soul Invictus and Maratonga.
