Dresden, Germany based stoner/experimental rock trio Saloon Bizarre presents their first full-length album, »Apocalydia«, which was released on September 22nd, 2022.

Saloon Bizarre was founded in 2011 by former members of the Dresden (Germany) based bands Burning Motors and HUGE. In 2013 the debut EP »The Journey Is The Reward« was released. In the next years several line-up changes happened, but also gigs with bands such as Karma To Burn and The Atomic Bitchwax. In the beginning of 2020 bassist Till (Yardfield Colony) joined the band and together with the two founding members, the guitarist Martin and drummer Sven, todays line-up was born.

The sound shifted towards instrumental rock with influences of stoner, prog and several other types of music. They strive for riff-driven, complex yet powerful songs. The self-titled term for the genre is “Instrumentalballet”.

In 2021 the band recorded their first studio album. It’s called »Apocalydia« and consists of eight energetic songs, including »Dauerbrenate«.
