This mini-album was recorded in a live session at Rama Studio in Mannheim, where the instruments were played together to capture the desired dynamic. No click track, no overdubs, and with deliberate tempo variations at selected moments – a conscious sense of “laying back” and “pushing forward.”

The approach is intentionally old-school, with the sound drawing inspiration from 70s vibes: partially vintage equipment captured using modern recording techniques. Amps and cabinets were selected from a vast collection spanning many decades to find the perfect overall sound. The reverb on the vocals comes from authentic, vintage, massive plate reverbs.

The vocals were recorded afterwards, but deliberately without doubles or harmonies, embedded into the sound without overshadowing the music. Every element is meant to remain audible, without being masked or buried. The sound reflects our vision of authenticity for our music.
