German stoner rockers Capacopter sign with Tonzonen Records; new single »The Capadillo« available now on all major streaming platforms!

Mannheim/Frankfurt, Germany based stoner rock band Capacopter has signed with Tonzonen Records to release their sophomore full-length album next year.

The band about their new single: “»The Capadillo« is about letting go. That one moment when everything fades and only the sound remains. For the “Capadillos,” the music becomes an escape from the everyday, a space without rules or pressure. Close your eyes, drift away and feel where you belong.”

Tonzonen Records elaborates: “We are thrilled to welcome another exciting band to Tonzonen Records Label & Verlag. Capacopter was formed in 2021. The band blends classic heavy rock with stoner rock and modern songwriting.

In January 2026, the band independently released their self-titled debut album, which immediately debuted at number 2 on the Doom Charts. The follow-up album is already planned for 2027; this time, it will be released via Tonzonen Records and distributed by Cargo Records Germany.”

Capacopter is a stoner rock band from Mannheim/Frankfurt, Germany. Since 2021, the band has stood for heavy riffs, cranked amps and hard hitting grooves somewhere between 70s heavy rock, fuzz and modern stoner sound.

After several singles, EPs and around 50 live shows, the band released their self-titled debut album »Capacopter« in January 2026, reaching #2 on the international Doom Charts.

Live, Capacopter is about creating a sound that pulls the whole room in and draws every Capadillo, everyone who connects with the band’s music and spirit, into the same state of mind.

With the single »The Capadillo«, released in May 2026, Capacopter opens the next chapter. The second album is scheduled for release in 2027.
