Athens, Greece based atmospheric doom/post-metal project Cenozoa unveil a lyric video for the track »Stiff Blue« from their debut album, »Poems From The Sea«, which was released May 30, 2022.

Cenozoa is a musical project rooted in post and doom metal, with black metal elements delivered with lush atmospheres and soundscapes.

Says the band: “Our story begins with the composition and writing in the Summer of 2021. As Savvas wrote some of the basic music and lyrics, Vasileios composed various drum patterns that would later be incorporated into Cenozoa’s debut. After the release of demos in Autumn and Winter, we gathered, recorded, mixed and mastered this deep oceanic offering, with love and care.

A concept album, a maritime story with various meanings and a non-linear narrative was our main project and objective. Taking opinions and advice from many engineers, musicians and friends, we finally present to you our Poems From The Sea.

Inspired by the giants: Isis, The Ocean, Cult Of Luna, Latitudes, Swallow The Sun and more. Trying to carry the torch of post music. Diving and sinking into the depths with our distortions, screams, echoes.
