Funeral doom metal behemoths Humanity Zero are considered one of Greece most obscure and sinister acts today. Formed in 2003 by Dimon’s Night as a death metal band, they were best known for their primitive brutality and paradox melodies. After two demos, one EP and three full-length albums Humanity Zero began to create more complex, slow and macabre music. Their fourth album »Withered In Isolation« marked a new death/doom direction. After many line-up changes, Kydoimos of hate-fueled machine Misanthropy Apotheosis joined the band as the vocalist and the band decided to continue as a duo consisting of Kydoimos on vocals and Dimon’s Night on guitars/bass/drums. In 2018 the band released their fifth album »Proselytism« shocking their fans. Music-wise the music got slower and nightmarish accompanying the truly haunting lyrics. However, their most obscure opus had yet to be recorded…
Seven years after »Proselytism«, Humanity Zero emerge one more time from the tartarean kingdom in order to unleash their new spell. Sixth full-length is entitled »Cursed Be The Gift Of Life« and is the most sinister, punishing and heavy material the band ever recorded. Slow, deep and soul-devouring!
