Cenozoa is a post-metal solo project from Athens, Greece.

“From the Ancient Times, people all around the Earth turned to Rays for guidance and protection. These creatures carry a plethora of meanings, mostly for Polynesian, Hawaiian and Asian cultures, but also for Greeks and Romans. They are wise, they carry the souls of the dead to the Afterlife, protect the living and aid humans through maritime quests. Fluid as they are, the very nature of life flows in them. I turned to them, as thousands of humans before me, heeded their call, drowned with them. These songs are what they told me below the nebulous, starry sea. They spoke of the terrors of our age, the dangers and threats that Humanity will have to face. The only thing left for me is to share them with you.
